My short film, GIRLS, has been officially invited to screen at the cool film festival Courts des iles in Tahiti, French Polynesia, this November. I am so so happy about this! I never had enough money to send it anywhere properly when I had completed it during 1st year at RADA and I always felt all the hard work we had all put into it was never really seen. And then I get this beautiful email! Delighted!

I am setting up Cake-Run. It is a community-based charity project centred around baking cakes for your neighbours. I have applied for a grant from the Arthur Guinness Project Award. To know more about Cake-Run, visit the website here. And to VOTE for Cake-Run to win the Arthur Guinness Grant please follow this link here. Please keep in mind that you have to log onto Facebook or Twitter to vote- it tells you if you follow the link anyway. THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!! |
AuthorMy name is Maureen O' Connell but everyone calls me "Mo". I'm an Irish actress. I write and make films also. I am the author of all poetry and creative writing on this blog and the copyright of which is owned by me- unless otherwise stated. I've just graduated with a BA from the 3 year Acting Course at RADA, London. Have a gander round the website at your leisure! Cheers, Mo Archives
